  Make a 360-degree pose of yourself (3-7 seconds video) Like this and post on your Instagram page using the hashtag #getfitnghotbody

  Post your progress wearing a Getfit Product or eating the right meals using the same hashtag above (daily or every 3 days at most).

  On the 24th day, Post your final result (videos only) and hold the same paper/placard held the first time.
