1: Bath π and change Pads/Tampons Regularly:

2: Use Clean Sanitary Products such as quality pads, tampons, menstrual cups. β
Do not use unclean cloths or materials. β
3: Wash the Vaginal area daily with clean water from front to back. π¦
4: Wear Clean Cotton Underwear:
Cotton allows your body to breathe and prevents heat and rashes. Avoid tight and wet synthetic panties.
5: Dispose used pads properly and always remember to carry emergency or spare pads in your bag especially during your expected period days. π
6: Educate young girls around you:
Donβt wait for schools, Teach your daughters and younger sisters early with love and facts.
