How to wear your waist trainers?
The very first step is to wrap the waist trainer around your belly button area. Bringing the two ends together and ensure the zipper is connected properly before you start zipping.
Once the band is around your belly button, and the two sides have been connected, pull the zipper up. Adjust the bottom of your waist trainers after you have zipped up completely.
Overlap the Velcro straps after zipping up, do not tighten straps. If you are doing exercises it should be left open or if it’s our detachable belly eraser, you can remove the Velcro completely
